Fujitsu Hard Drive Data Recovery

I have been using a Fujitsu Lifebook N3010 for some years now, and never had a problem until recently. The main cause of the problem is that the operating system cannot be found after I rebooted the laptop. I have tried to look at the problem in BIOS by pressing F2, but this is even worse, as I appear to be locked out of the BIOS screen. Specifically what happens is that I try to start the computer, and after the logo screen, I come into the BIOS start, and the BIOS demands that I put in a password. I have never put a password into the BIOS system, and to be honest I don’t know what I need to put in. I have tried all the basic passwords for the computer, including the Windows user ID, but the BIOS is not responding to anything.

I am struggling with a Fujitsu Amilo D8820 laptop, which will not let me into the Windows screen. I can only get into the setup or BIOS page, although sometimes, if I am quick, I can get into the options menu. However, no matter what I choose, including Safe Mode and Last Known Good Configuration, I am not able to start loading Windows. I don’t get an error message, or a report to say that the OS is missing, I just can’t get onto it. I have not been able to find any kind of recovery code for the system.
